Pastoral care
Far from home, but never on their own.
Most of our students live and learn with us, many of them far from their families. Here, pastoral care is not a department you visit, it is part of every day. Each child has trusted adults who know them well and notice when something is not right.
Learn. Grow. Become.
Our approach
At Einstein International School, we look after the whole young person, not only their results. We believe a student can only do their best work when they feel settled, supported, and at home.
Our school is small by choice. Teachers and boarding staff know every student by name, and that closeness is the heart of how we care for them.
For students who join us from abroad, the first months can bring a new country, a new language, and life away from family all at once. Helping each child feel happy, healthy, and confident is just as important to us as their academic progress in class.
This is what we mean by pastoral care: the everyday work of helping each student belong, and grow into the person our CREDO values describe.
A circle of support
No student depends on a single person. Support is built in layers:
One student at the centre — and a whole school around them.
